Access to the residential development will be provided via two main vehicle access points, one along Waterworks Road and another at Bennetts Road, approximately 50m from the corner of Waterworks Road.

Access to the golf course remains unchanged from Waterworks Road, however works undertaken as part of the residential development will improve the layout of the car park.

The golf club currently has 136 car parks. The proposal is for 165 car parks for the golf club and visitors.

In addition to this, the residential proposal includes parking for 170 basement car parks.
